Is the on-site installation estimate free?

Yes. We visit the property, look at the lawn, beds, water supply and access, and talk through how you use the yard. You get a proposed layout and a written quote before any work begins. Installation pricing depends on the property and zone layout, so we do not publish a single package price.

How do we design sprinkler zones for your yard?

Sunny turf, shaded lawn under mature trees and planted beds all need different amounts of water, so we group them into separate zones. Slopes, head spacing and the pressure available at your supply decide which heads go where.

Garden beds, hedges and planters usually get drip irrigation instead of spray heads. Keeping beds separate from turf means each area can run on its own schedule without overwatering the other.

Which sprinkler heads and parts do we use?

We install equipment from the established irrigation brands, such as Rain Bird and Hunter, choosing spray heads, rotors or water-efficient rotating nozzles to suit each area. Using common brands keeps replacement parts easy to find years from now.

What happens on installation day?

Depending on the site, we trench or pull pipe to connect the planned zones, valves and heads. We plan the route to keep lawn disruption to a minimum and explain in advance where digging and access are needed.

After connecting everything, we run each zone, adjust the arcs and distances, and set the controller schedule. We clean up the work area and walk you through the system before we leave.

Can we include a smart controller or rain sensor?

Yes. A Wi-Fi controller lets you adjust watering from your phone and skip cycles when rain is forecast, and a rain sensor pauses watering when it rains. We check Wi-Fi reach and zone count before recommending a model and include the options in your estimate.

What does a new system need each year?

In the GTA every in-ground system needs a spring start-up once frost is over and a compressed-air blowout before the first hard freeze. We explain both at handover and you can book them as a seasonal plan.

What warranty comes with a new sprinkler system?
