Installation & repair warranty
3-year warranty on parts and workmanship for every installation and repair.
What is covered?
Parts supplied by HigreenWall and our workmanship on installations and repairs are covered for 3 years from the date the work is completed. We return and fix a failed covered part or workmanship at no charge.
What is not covered?
- Damage from lawn mowers, snowplows, vehicles, digging or construction.
- Work or changes done by others on the system.
- Freeze damage when the system was not closed by HigreenWall.
- Parts supplied by the customer.
- Normal adjustments, including head direction and controller programming.
Seasonal openings and closings
Seasonal openings and closings are not covered by the 3-year warranty. See our Freeze Guarantee and its terms below. Freeze Guarantee terms
Freeze Guarantee
Close with us and open with us in spring: any freeze break we find is fixed free, parts and labour included.
- Covers freeze damage (cracked pipes, fittings, heads or valves) caused by water left in the system after a HigreenWall fall closing.
- The damage must be found at your spring opening, done by HigreenWall.
- Does not cover the system if it was turned back on or used after our closing; damage from digging, vehicles, lawn equipment or construction; problems we noted in your closing report; or parts installed indoors.
- Valid for the season following your closing.
