Club rules

• One credit or discount per invoice; credits and discounts can't be combined.
• Welcome credit applies to your first service. A referred customer gets the $10 referral discount instead of the welcome credit, not in addition.
• Referral credit is issued after the referred customer's service is completed and paid. One referral per address.
• Credits apply to invoices over $60, are valid for 12 months, and have no cash value.
• Priority booking: members get first pick of dates during peak spring and fall weeks.

Booking and cancellation

A booking request is confirmed by text or phone. Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. There is no cancellation or rescheduling fee.

Payment

Payment is due after the service is completed, by e-transfer or cash.

3-year warranty

Our 3-year warranty covers work performed and parts supplied, for residential and commercial service.
